WakaPhone is the telephony and unified business communication module for the WakaStart platform. It combines professional IP telephony, video conferencing, instant messaging and intelligent voice interaction, directly integrated into the heart of your SaaS applications.
Smart telephony
WakaPhone integrates an intelligent telephone switchboard capable of managing queues, automatic call distribution and contextual transfers. Calls can be taken directly from a web interface using a WebRTC softphone, without dedicated telephone hardware, while ensuring HD Voice quality and a modern user experience.
The module supports SIP multi-provider integration, call recording in a RGPD-compliant framework, as well as the automatic transcription of conversations to enrich business processes.
AI agents and augmented voice interactions
WakaPhone includes multilingual conversational agents, capable of ensuring telephone reception, pre-qualification of calls and intelligent orientation of interlocutors. These agents can be used to filter, inform, or assist, while remaining fully integrated into existing application workflows.
The WakaVoice sub-module allows speech dictation (Speech-to-Text) to be added to any application. A simple micro action allows speaking instead of typing, speeding up typing in all text fields.
A technical brick ready for industrialization
WakaPhone is based on a NestJS backend and Next.js frontend architecture, deployed on Kubernetes to guarantee high availability, automatic scalability and security in a multi-tenant environment. The module integrates natively with Keycloak authentication and complies with ISO 27001, HDS and NIS2 standards.
REST and WebSocket APIs make it easy to integrate telephony and voice into other applications developed with WakaStart, without additional technical complexity.
